John Records System ("we", "us") is a private company. "John" is the name of our automated assistant. We are not a government agency and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any federal, state or local government entity or unclaimed property program, or with any bank, utility, insurer, retailer or settlement administrator.
What we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email address, and any details you send to support.
- Order information: what you bought, when, and your order reference. Card and bank payment details are collected and held by Explodely, our payment processor and retailer of record. We never see or store your full card number.
- Technical information: IP address, browser and device type, referring page and pages viewed, collected automatically when you use this site.
How we use it
- To deliver what you ordered and to respond to support requests.
- To process refunds and prevent fraud.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it.
- To send you emails about your order. You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in any email.
